Your Vision, Cast in Concrete.
Just because it’s built like a bunker doesn't mean it has to look like one. From ultra-modern minimalist designs to classic estate architecture, the steel and concrete in ICFs allow for total design flexibility without compromise. You bring the dream; we provide the permanent concrete home.

Efficiency That Actually Pays Dividends.
Stop dumping your hard earned money into the coffers of your utility company. An ICF home is so airtight and well insulated that your heating and cooling costs can drop by up to 70%.
ICF homes also cost less to insure because they resist the weather events that often wipe out traditional homes. This all results in a massive return on investment.
Where Beauty, Efficiency, &
Strength Come Together
Traditional homes are built to meet minimum code requirements. We build homes that exceed expectations. By using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), we provide a superior structural envelope that stick-framing simply cannot touch.
Q Forms is the Southeast’s Premier ICF Builder since 1998.
Our homes are unmatched in:
VALUE
Say goodbye to high utility bills, insurance costs, expensive repairs, and home depreciation.
LONGEVITY
Steel and concrete walls provide the ultimate wind, fire, termite, pest, and mold restistance.
DESIRABILITY
ICFs provide stunning customization, noise cancellation, and eco-friendly construction.
